'After losing confidence on the bike due to a couple of hard falls last winter, I was very reluctant to get back to cycling ... Thanks to Nathan's patience and advice I now know much of my insecurity on descents was related to poor positioning on the bike ..... I always felt the bike was completely out of control, it was! Learning the techniques to decent fast is not easy but One 2 One lessons have at least cured the fear, and each week as the speed of my descents increases I reduce my breaking and improve my lines. My Duathlons and Tri events have been limited to the flattest bike races as any technical course was out of the question. Next year I look forward to some more adventurous racing' David - Putney |
