All our sessions include the following:
- Delivery of bikes to / from venue (with non Park Cycle sessions)
- Instructor fee - your time is your own - choose from a range of sessions styles.
- Bike Hire (cost includes accidental breakage)
- Safety equipment: Helmets, (Hi Vis tabards)
Off Road Session options:
- Guided ride inc. MIAS GEARS Course material & basic coaching / MTB Skills session / Basic bike maintenance & repair
- Weekly Sports sessions: Term time sessions covering a range of topics progressed each week.

Road and other sessions
- Road Proficiency material, Sessions formatted for SEN Groups. Bikeability Courses
Additional Mountain Biking awards
- We don't charge for administration for our accredited courses, it's just the price of the certificate from the awarding body.
- We teach, assess and collate required data from pupils each session free from additional charge.
- Course certification cost can be spread out through term payments or paid as a whole, add the following certification costs to courses:
